These beans are cultivated with care and processed using the Honey method, where the coffee cherries are partially pulped and dried with some of the fruit's natural sugars intact. This traditional technique enhances the beans’ inherent sweetness, resulting in a delightful balance of fruity and floral notes. Our premium coffee is meticulously sourced from the finest beans around the world, ensuring a rich and aromatic experience in every cup. With a variety of roast profiles, from light to dark, there's a perfect brew for every coffee lover.

These high ferment naturals are placed in oxygen-free containers for a short period and then dried on raised African-style drying beds for 4-5 weeks. The coffee is then grouped into thicker layers and left to dry for another 25 days. Cherries are run through density channels before being spread out on drying patios for approximately 5-8 days. Like all of our Chinese coffees, Guiben produces a very consistent cup that can be relied on for high quality each harvest.
