From dream to roastery

Nadya’s dream of sharing her passion for coffee began with her childhood memories of her father roasting coffee beans at home, filling the house with the rich aroma of fresh coffee. After moving to the United States and exploring different careers, her love for coffee remained constant.

Her journey took her to Florence where she studied under the masters and learned everything about coffee: its origins, roasting, and brewing methods. Inspired by her experiences, Nadya returned home to build LiftUp Roast, combining Italian expertise with her dedication to quality. Now, through LiftUp Roast, she brings her vision to life, offering exceptional coffee and sharing her passion with those around her.

Our journey began in Florence where I immersed myself in the art of coffee. After several trips, mastering my roasting skills, and obtaining a Professional Roaster certification with SCA standards, I founded LiftUp Roast with a deep passion for quality coffee that adheres to true Italian traditions. In Italy, coffee is more than a drink – it’s an experience and culture. My mission is to bring this authentic Italian coffee experience to our local communities.Leveraging my Italian connections, I source rare coffee origins and frequently travel to Florence to refine our roasting profiles with Italy’s finest roasters.

Our coffee is expertly roasted for both espresso and drip brewing, making it versatile and suitable for most brewing methods.

What is the shelf life of the coffee after roasting?

While the coffee stays fresh for up to 4 months, we recommend consuming it within 2 months after roasting and 2 weeks after opening.
