  • Seeking diversity

We always search for more origins to surprise our clients and partners

  • Building partnerships

Many partners we are working with are obtained through connections from Italy

Mastering the roast

Our roasting process is a blend of precision and creativity, where each origin is carefully crafted to highlight its best qualities. From profile development to color refinement, every step is dedicated to achieving a unique and exceptional coffee experience.

Crafting profiles

Once we decide to add a new origin to our inventory, we plan the trip to Italy and together with the best professionals in our coffee lab we develop the roasting profile to make sure we are getting the most out of the coffee beans throughout the roasting process.

Roasting artistry

Nadya holds a SCA Professional Roaster certification, but believes that developing the roasting profiles in our coffee lab in Italy still makes it so much better and adds the personal touch and uniqueness to the taste.

Perfecting color

When a profile is developed, we also come up with the optimal color (obtained throughout the roasting) that follows the SCA standards.

Upholding standards

After we return to California, we constantly perform quality control and make sure the color is persistent.

Freshly made

We roast our coffee in smaller batches per order to provide the freshest roasts.

Listening closely

We value our clients’ opinion and are happy to receive feedback and act on it to provide the high level service and meet expectations.

There’s a great partner behind every great coffee

Our partnerships are the foundation of everything we do, combining innovation with tradition to create remarkable coffee experiences.
