Thank you for choosing LiftUp Roast for your coffee needs. We are passionate about providing you with the freshest and highest quality coffee beans, roasted to perfection and delivered to your door. This shipping policy explains how we handle the shipping and delivery of your orders, and what you can expect from us.

Purpose

The purpose of this shipping policy is to inform you of the shipping options and costs, order processing time, delivery times, international shipping, shipping restrictions, tracking orders, and lost or damaged items. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms and conditions of this shipping policy.

We are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and secure manner. We work with reliable and reputable shipping carriers, such as UPS, to ensure that your coffee arrives fresh and intact. We also offer you the option to choose the shipping method that best suits your needs and budget.

Shipping Options and Costs

We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

- Standard shipping: This option takes 3 to 5 business days to deliver, and costs $7.43 per order.

- Express shipping: This option takes 2nd business day to deliver, and costs $9.77 per order.

We also offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 within the United States.

For international orders, we offer the following shipping options:

- UPS Worldwide Expedited: This option takes 2 to 5 business days to deliver, and costs $33.74 per order.

-UPS Worldwide Express: This option takes 1 to 3 business days to deliver, and costs $48.51 per order.

Please note that international orders may be subject to additional customs, duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for any delays or charges caused by customs clearance.

Order Processing Time

We process and ship orders within 2 to 4 business days of receiving them, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that during peak periods, such as holidays or sales, order processing time may take longer. We will notify you by email when your order is shipped, and provide you with a tracking number.

Delivery Times

The delivery times for each shipping option are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, weather, carrier, and other factors outside of our control. We are not responsible for any delays or failures in delivery caused by these factors. Please allow extra time for delivery during busy periods, such as holidays or weekends.

International Shipping

We are pleased to offer international shipping to most countries and regions around the world. However, there are some countries/regions that we do not ship to, due to legal, regulatory, or logistical reasons. These include:

- Cuba

- Iran

- North Korea

- Sudan

- Syria

If you are unsure whether we ship to your country/region, please contact us before placing your order.

Please also note that international orders may be subject to customs, duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for any delays or charges caused by customs clearance. You are advised to check with your local customs office for more information on these fees before placing your order.  

Tracking Orders

You can track your order status and delivery progress by using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. You can also visit the UPS website and enter your tracking number to see the latest updates on your order. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please contact us or UPS directly.

Lost or Damaged Items

We take great care in packing and shipping your orders, but sometimes accidents or errors may occur during transit. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, or if your order is lost or missing, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will do our best to resolve the issue and provide you with a replacement, refund, or credit, depending on the situation and availability of the item. Please provide us with your order number, a description of the problem, and photos of the damage or error, if applicable. Please do not discard or return any items without contacting us first.
