Our journey began in Florence, Italy, where I immersed myself in the art of coffee. After several trips, mastering my roasting skills, and obtaining a Professional Roaster certification with SCA standards, I founded LiftUp Roast with a deep passion for quality coffee that adheres to true Italian traditions. In Italy, coffee is more than a drink—it’s an experience and culture. My mission is to bring this authentic Italian coffee experience to our local communities.
